Cushman & Wakefield Industrial Team Lease and Sell Approximately 100,000 SF

LAS VEGAS, September 11, 2019 – The industrial Cushman & Wakefield team of Danielle Steffen, SIOR and Amy Ogden, SIOR recently leased a total of 79,756 square feet (sf) of industrial space in Las Vegas and sold a +/-17,000 sf building to a longtime client, Land Star Management. Landstar Management owns over 1 million square feet of industrial and office space in Las Vegas. This will be the third property Ogden and Steffen have sold them.

Mori Lee LLC, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of women’s apparel based in Deerfield Beach, Fla., signed a 49,356 sf, 60 month lease renewal at Winner Industrial Building. The new freestanding building, owned by Colony Capital, Inc., is located at 1055 Trade Drive in the Cheyenne Technology Corridor of North Las Vegas. The building includes 980 sf of office space, 10 dock doors, 10 dock levelers, one grade door, 32’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 2,000 amps and T-5 lighting.

“We sold this industrial park to Colony Capital about nine months ago and are pleased that we were able to come to market terms with one of the large long term occupants. Mori Lee has been a phenomenal tenant to work with,” said Ogden.

Worldpac, Inc., a distributor of motor vehicle equipment and aftermarket replacement automotive parts based in Newark, Calif., signed a 30,400 sf, 63 month lease renewal at Cameron Business Center. Owned by Black Creek, the property is fully sprinklered with 27’ clear height, rear loading, concrete tilt up construction, EVAP coolers and 40’ x 40’ column spacing. Located at 4701 Cameron Street in Las Vegas, Cameron Business Center offers convenient access to the Las Vegas Strip, McCarran International Airport, 215 Beltway and US 95
