- Michael Bosica represented Williams Scotsman Inc. in a 6.52 acres lease at 3125 Abels Lane in Las Vegas.
- Leo Biedermann represented The Distribution Point, LLC in a 60,794 SF lease at SunPoint Crossing, located at 3450 N. Lamb Blvd. in Las Vegas.
- On behalf of Patriot Real Estate Holdings LLC, Charles Moore completed the sale of 2200 Paseo Verde Parkway in Henderson, Nev. totaling 60,499 SF.
- Jason Dodson, Danielle Steffen and Amy Ogden represented Rumbleon, Inc. in a 43,916 SF lease at Harsch Speedway Commerce Center, located at 6335 N. Hollywood Blvd. in Las Vegas.
- Alma Cuevas represented JOME, LLC in a 39,553 SF lease at SunPoint Crossing, located at 3732 N. Lamb Blvd and represented Whitebox Technologies, Inc. in a 13,414 SF lease at 4320 N. Lamb Blvd. in Las Vegas. In addition, she represented Millis Properties, Inc. in a 25,875 SF sale at 4530 Calimesa Street.
- On behalf of Holland Real Estate, Dan Hubbard facilitated the 30,166 SF purchase of Blue Diamond & Arville, located 4415 Blue Diamond Rd. in Las Vegas. Dan Hubbard also negotiated a 13,414 SF lease at Frias Shopping Center, located at 5251 S. Decatur in Las Vegas.
- Jayne Cayton negotiated a 7,351 SF lease at 101 Convention Center Dr. in Las Vegas.
- Amy Ogden and Danielle Steffen represented the City of Henderson Nevada in a 6,401 SF lease at Valley Freeway Commerce, located at 7685 Commercial Way in Henderson, Nev.
- Charles Van Geel negotiated a 6,384 SF lease at Hughes Center, located at 3753-3993 Howard Hughes Parkway in Las Vegas.
