Cushman & Wakefield’s Charles Van Geel has received a title promotion to Senior Director. As a member of one of the top Office brokerage teams in Las Vegas, Van Geel is a highly respected broker providing full-service Office leasing and advisory solutions in Las Vegas and Nevada.
During his exceptional career of over 20 years, Charles has completed more than 1,200 sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $1.1 billion in total transaction consideration (sales, tenant representation, and landlord representation).
Charles joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, and prior served as Broker and Vice President of Commercial Leasing and Sales for American Nevada Company for nearly two decades.
As a native Nevadan, Mr. Van Geel has a deep-rooted connection to the state and an extensive history surrounding its economic development. He served as vice president of client services with the Nevada Development Authority, assisted the Speaker of the House in the Nevada Legislature, served as research manager and senior analyst for the Nevada Commission on Economic Development under Governor Bob Miller.
