LAS VEGAS – March 25, 2021 – Dan Doherty, SIOR, Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Jerry Doty, SIOR and Chris Lane, SIOR, CCIM were recently honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR), which represents the world’s elite in industrial and office brokerage, for its annual Top Transaction Lists of 2020 in the category of Top 50 Industrial Transactions List of 2020.
Black Creek Group purchased the ±670,798-square-foot property in 2020 from Hines, a global real estate development and management firm, for $62.4 million. Raceway Industrial Park completed construction in the fourth quarter of 2019 and is located at 5605 North Hollywood Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89115.
