Ramsey Real Estate Group recently completed a $600,000 makeover of the 36-year-old Decatur Inn Plaza, on 0.84 acres, at 3300 S. Decatur Boulevard in Las Vegas. Kittrell Jensen Contractors was the general contractor, with Nadal Studio One as architect. The 12,000-square-foot retail complex is currently 50% leased by Taqueria El Pasiano, Industry Cuts and Dr. Terry Wong, among others. The 12-suite complex received new storefronts, exterior finishes, building systems, landscaping and parking lot work. Ramsey Real Estate Group, a 25-year-old, La Jolla, Calif.-based privately real estate investment/developer, bought Decatur Inn Plaza in 2012 for $1.35 million or $112.50-per-square-foot.
