Doherty Industrial Group Completes $14.5M Transaction Of Distribution Center Near I-15 & Cheyenne


LAS VEGAS (April 14, 2021) – Doherty Industrial Group with Colliers Las Vegas completed a North Las Vegas transaction valued at $14.5 million located at 3679 N. Civic Center Drive.

Representing the seller, Doherty Industrial Group facilitated the sale of Civic Center Freeway Industrial Park to an undisclosed buyer. The 118,021-square-foot industrial property is a newly developed distribution facility located near Interstate 15 and Cheyenne Avenue – a location that is ideal for distribution operations as it provides easy access to interstate transportation.

“North Las Vegas is a highly desirable submarket for owner-user buyers as this is the third 100,000 plus square foot industrial building that has been purchased in North Las Vegas in the last 60 days. As 2021 unfolds, we expect the current demand for industrial tenants and buyers to continue a strong upward trajectory throughout the Las Vegas valley,” said Paul Sweetland, SIOR, Senior Vice President at Colliers Las Vegas.
