Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Wendy’s, a 2,515-square foot net-leased property located at 9385 S. Eastern Ave in Las Vegas, Nevada. The asset sold for $2,530,000. Dustin R. Alvino, First Vice President Investments, in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller.
