| LAS VEGAS, August 21, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced its appointment by EQ Office as exclusive commercial leasing agents for The Hughes Center (“The HC”), a 68-acre mixed-use, master-planned business campus located in the central commercial hub of Las Vegas.
The HC is comprised of 10 Class A office buildings, 10 retail buildings, and a 3.1-acre development site. Within the campus, there is also a Marriot Residence Inn, two luxury condominium towers, restaurants, and a 375-unit luxury apartment development. Cushman & Wakefield’s Charles Van Geel, Director, and Matthew Kreft, Senior Associate, will oversee leasing activities for the office portion of The Hughes Center’s 1.4 million square foot corporate campus. “The Hughes Center has always been a well-known business campus; however, with all of the additions, it will soon be in an unmatched class of its own in Las Vegas,” said Van Geel. “We are energized to be part of the team that will bring this project to its next level.” “We are proud to have partnered with EQ Office on a variety of assignments in other parts of the country, and couldn’t be more delighted to be handling Hughes Center for EQ now.
