Concord Real Estate LLC bought the two-story 19,548-square-foot Fairway Plaza, on 0.69 acres, at 3441 S. Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas for $2 million, or $102-per-square-foot, from Leumi B LLC. Colliers International’s Stacy Scheer and Andrew Kilduff represented the buyer; NAI Vegas’s Mark Musser and Eric Larkin represented the seller.
