Greystone Nevada LLC bought 56.53 acres of vacant land in various locations in southwest Las Vegas for $20,757,300, or $367,191-per-acre, from GKT Acquisitions, et al. Colliers International’s Michael Stuart represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the seller.
