Harsch Investment Properties has seen significant gross absorption within their Henderson portfolio in the first quarter of 2014. MDL Group’s Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling represented the landlord in deals totaling more than 275,000 square feet and valued at more than $3.5 million. Notable new tenants include: Creative Tent, Shop247.com and Jimenez Arms. Some of Harsch’s newly acquired tenants/businesses relocated or expanded from out of state and they expect this trend of incoming businesses to accelerate in the months to come.
