TEG Hillwood, LLC obtained a $1.9 million loan for the 12-year-old 24,040-square-foot Hillwood Office Park, on 2.01 acres, at 9525 Hillwood Drive in Las Vegas. CommCap Advisors’ Kyle Nagy and Matthew Hoyt sourced the 25-year loan from American Equity Life Insurance Company. TEG Hillwood LLC bought the property in an all-cash transaction in January 2013, but closed the loan in December allowing them to recapture some of the equity from the all cash purchase after achieving 100% occupancy.
