Nevada Realty Associates LLC bought a two-year-old, 7,981-square-foot industrial building inside 7 Series @ Hughes Airport Center at 740 Pilot Road in Las Vegas for $775,000, or $97 per square foot, from NV Pilot Road LLC. CB Richard Ellis’ Tyler Ecklund, Jeremy Green, and Gabe Telles represented the seller. Centra Realty Corp., an Irvine, Calif.-based developer, completed the $20 million, 100,000-square-foot complex in early 2009. The office-industrial park, on 5.79 acres, consists of seven free-standing buildings. Designed by WM Architects Nevada, the development features two-story buildings with large glass windows, stone accents and steel awnings, with divisibility between 2,660 and 21,818 square feet.
