NAIOP Southern Nevada presents “The next billion. Where is it going to be invested and why?” at its monthly breakfast meeting. The program will be moderated by Garrett Toft, of CBRE. Speakers include Keith Ernest, of VanTrust Real Estate; Mathias Hughes, of Prologis; and Michael Marrone, of Clarion Partners. The meeting is sponsored by SR Construction.
The panel of NAIOP members and industry leaders will discuss where land money is being invested and the different kinds of dirt available throughout Southern Nevada. Other topics include how companies are taking on new roles in the commercial real estate arena, betting on the future.
This month’s breakfast will be a hybrid presentation where attendees can choose to attend in person at the Orleans Hotel & Casino or virtually, through Zoom. The presentation will be live.
