- Laramie R. Bracken completed the sale of 523 E. Oakey Boulevard – a professional office building with 100% occupancy and prime for redevelopment.
- Laramie R. Bracken also closed a 1,600 square-foot lease at Anthem Highlands, 2810 Bicentennial Parkway.
Renewals:
- At Arena Commerce Center, Ali Roesener completed two renewals for ClearMarket Inc – 7,200 square feet and NETBOYEE LLC – 3,178 square feet at 4630 S. Polaris Avenue and 4625 S. Polaris Avenue, respectively.
