LOGIC Commercial Real Estate, on behalf of the Beltway One Development Group, LLC (Seller), is pleased to have completed the sale of a $24,300,000 Class A Office Portfolio. Selling this 100% occupied two property portfolio at a 7.9% cap rate, and $281 per square foot, Logic is thrilled to have successfully completed its third sale over $20mm of beltway office, in the last twenty-four months.

The Logic sales team ran a thorough and professional marketing process working through multiple offers throughout the listing term, which included various buyer profiles, while always being protective of the sellers interests in order to achieve the highest price possible. Beltway One Development Group, as the owner and developer, did an excellent job in adding value to this asset over their ownership period and the building showed very well to prospective buyers. This was a successful conclusion for the seller to a project that was conceived in 2000 that ultimately stood the test of time.
