JW Michaels Realty Services is pleased to announce that Gary S. Beck has been brought on to preside over JW Michaels Commercial. Gary is excited to join the JW Michaels Commercial team and will serve as Executive Vice President in charge of Leasing, Acquisition and Disposition.
Joining Gary will be Jeff Antalik, a former colleague at Virtus Commercial, and Michael Ogawa, who brings 10 plus years years of lending and financial services experience with Greystone Financial and World Financial Group.
Gary specializes in landlord and tenant representation in the retail and office markets. While at Virtus Commercial Gary leased multiple distressed shopping centers to nearly 100 percent occupancy and empty office buildings to an average of 75 to 100 percent. Gary has 35 years of retail experience and knows the ins and outs of all types of retail businesses. In addition, Gary plans to offer the services of JW Michaels Property Management: one of the top boutique Property Management companies in town. Gary places great emphasis on hard work, character, humility and treating others well. He strives to under promise and over deliver.

As a local and having grown-up and lived in Las Vegas for over 42-years, Gary has witnessed tremendous growth and change within the city. In 1984, his Father opened a Korean & Japanese supermarket on Spring Mountain Road. This concept evolved into the Chinatown theme in Las Vegas. At the age of 15, he began working in the family business, and there he learned the value of hard work, customer care, honesty, loyalty and the most important thing: how to make customers feel like family.
Now a seasoned commercial agent with a track record of success, Gary is excited to build and lead his team at JW Michaels Commercial. Gary will continue his focus on the retail/office segments that include restaurant, individual day care (adult/child), health care, insurance, corporate office and all retail businesses.
