Kirvin Doak Communications bought a 7-year-old 18,334 square-foot office building inside Patrick Commons, on 1.9 acres, at 5230 W. Patrick Lane in Las Vegas for $1,320,000, or $72-per-square-foot, from One Nevada Credit Union. Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Jeff Berg and Mica Berg represented the seller; Colliers International’s Mike Delew and Greg Pancirov represented the buyer.
