Cross Construction recently broke ground on a two-story 10,000-square-foot office building inside the 2,200-acre, 15,000-home Cadence master-planned community at 1170 Sunset Road in Henderson. Designed by Encompass Studio, the building is scheduled to finish construction in July. LandWell Company will occupy the first floor, using the space as the Cadence marketing center. Two additional buildings are planned. Commercial West Brokers’ Julie Barbagallo is the leasing agent.
