Leading Industrial Broker Joins Cushman & Wakefield Team in Las Vegas
Zac Zaher Joins Prominent Las Vegas Industrial Team of Jason Griffis and Alma Cuevas
LAS VEGAS, NV, FEBRUARY 20, 2020 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that brokerage professional Zac Zaher has joined as a Director based in the firm’s Las Vegas office.
Mr. Zaher, who specializes in industrial, land, and investment sales, will partner with Jason Griffis and Alma Cuevas at Cushman & Wakefield, both Directors at the firm. The Griffis, Cuevas, Zaher team possesses more than 40 years of collective experience. The team focuses their brokerage efforts on industrial leasing and sales, land transactions, and regional/national corporate representation. They have completed over 60 million square feet of transactions for their clients and their collective history has culminated in the creation of a team passionate about excellence, service, and an unparalleled client experience.
Mr. Zaher has been a key player in the development of the North Las Vegas submarket, which is now the largest industrial area in Southern Nevada. In his new role, he will continue to represent building and business owners in the purchase and sale of industrial and office properties and focus on tenant representation, tenant prospecting, and representing landlords, in addition to business development, client relations, and transaction management.

Mr. Zaher is a member of the Society Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR), Southern Nevada Chapter. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he most recently served as a Senior Associate at CBRE in Las Vegas, where he was part of a top-producing agency leasing and investment sales industrial practice group that was named Broker Team of the Year by NAIOP South Nevada for consecutive years. He also spent several years at Voit Real Estate Services.
