Dapper Companies announces new leases from local favorites and new concepts

LAS VEGAS – Two of Las Vegas’ most revered names in the restaurant and food industries have signed on as tenants at The Bend, the 14 acres of office and retail space on West Sunset Road between Durango Drive and Riley Street. Lotus of Siam and Freed’s Dessert Shop will be joining a new steakhouse concept from Cory Harwell, owner and creator of Carson Kitchen, and Union Biscuit, a new breakfast/brunch scratch kitchen that will feature biscuit sandwiches, in addition to menu items featuring an Asian influence.

Previously announced tenants for The Bend include Galaxy Theatres, The Great Greek, Aces & Ales Brewery, Sola Salons, Mothership Coffee and Shang Artisan Noodles.

“It’s been exciting to see such major interest for The Bend,” said J Dapper, owner of Dapper Companies. “Our lineup of restaurants and retailers couldn’t be more amazing, and there are additional announcement to come in the next few months. Lotus of Siam and Freed’s are two of Las Vegas’ most well established names in the business, and more information will be coming soon on the new steakhouse concept from the owners of Carson Kitchen. I’ve tasted some of the incredible food from Union Biscuit, and I can’t wait to share it with our customers once we open.

The Bend is about to receive early permits for grading to begin March/April of this year. A ground breaking is expected to be announced shortly thereafter.
