Martin-Harris Construction is building a $23 million 110,000-square-foot Catamaran prescription fulfillment center inside the 122-acre UNLV Harry Reid Technology Park near Sunset Road and Durango Drive in southwest Las Vegas. The two-story build-to-suit complex, designed by 10 Nine Group, is being developed by The Molasky Group of Cos. The center will employ 450 people upon completion in 2015, plus 200 construction jobs. Catamaran manages more than 350 million prescriptions each year on behalf of 32 million members.
