Mustang Leasing LLC bought the 33-year-old 20,741-square-foot Maryland Court, on 0.58 acres, at 3909 Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas for $1.4 million, or $67-per-square-foot, from SA Group Properties Inc. Marcus & Millichap’s Tina Taylor represented the seller.
