The Sale of a gray-shell office building was completed on July 15, 2021. The newly constructed building is located at 9930 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas 89147. The Sale of an owner-user office building was completed on July 20, 2021. The stand-alone office building is located at 616 S, 8th Street. The total value of the transaction was $640,000.
