(LAS VEGAS, January 7, 2021) – MDL Group/CORFAC International brokers were honored by the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) Southern Nevada Chapter Awards, receiving “Top Producer” honors in both Independent Broker categories. Jarrad Katz, CCIM, SIOR, executive vice president and principal, was recognized in the industrial category, and Ryan Martin, CCIM, SIOR, senior vice president, was recognized in the office category. The program is designed to recognize SIOR’s for their outstanding achievement, deal volume and industry leadership throughout the year.

Katz is an experienced and respected broker in the Las Vegas market, specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial, office and investment properties, trusted by local and high-profile clients. In 2020, some of his significant transactions included the $2.3M sale of 3601 W. Sahara, $5.5M sale of an investment property at 1631 Lake Mead, 33 lease transactions totaling more than 117,000SF for Harsh Investment Properties, the leasing of 45,000SF at 7350 Prairie Falcon Rd. to the Las Vegas Basketball Center, and a 25,000SF lease to 3G Productions representing Prologis.
Martin is an office category specialist focused on representing various clients with investment sales, build-to-suits, tenant representation and agency landlord assignments. In 2020, he completed 30 transactions, including 12 sales and 18 leases, totaling more than $53M and more than 360,000SF. His client list included Investment Equity Developers, Southwest Gas Corporation and Centennial Hills Property Owners.
