Total consideration was $975,002.92. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessee in the transaction.  Liz Clare of Avison Young represented the lessor in the transaction.

The approximate aggregate value  of the transaction is $3.90 per square foot.

GoAuto Management Services, LLC leased 1,400 square feet of retail space for 60 months at 205 W. Centennial Pkwy., Ste 150, from Centennial Commerce, LLC. Total consideration was $107,834.82. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor in the transaction.

The approximate aggregate value  of the transaction is $1.28 per square foot.
