LAS VEGAS – Longtime Las Vegas developer Miltson Consulting is developing phase one of its Mountain West Industrial Park, a $20 million project in the rapidly developing southwest part of Las Vegas.
Construction started last summer on the 252,900-square-foot industrial project located at 7210 W. Post Road, just west of Rainbow Boulevard, with vertical construction of the initial buildings well underway. Phase one consists of three industrial grey shell buildings on 16.5 acres and is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.
Phase one units range from 7,150 square feet to 71,500 square feet and feature 30-foot minimum clearance heights in each warehouse, among other features such as 10-foot glass storefront office entries and metal canopies for a modern look.
“Even though the pandemic has caused some aspects of the commercial real estate industry to slow down, the industrial market here in Southern Nevada has been a bright spot and is expected to continue growing this year,” said Jonathan Schwartz, president of Miltson Consulting. “Mountain West Industrial Park is a good example of that growth. We’re seeing strong demand from a diverse range of tenants. This project also benefits from its location just north of the 215 Beltway and right in the middle of a hot area for industrial users.”
Schwartz said the second phase of Mountain West Industrial Park will add another 45,000 square feet of industrial space on the remaining acres of the property.
