Moody’s Analytics CRE has announced Las Vegas and Reno as their newest market(s) in a nationwide expansion for their full property inventory, listing, comp and marketing platform, Catylist. Already servicing 70 markets around the country, the Catylist platform provides CRE professionals with the cost effective alternative they can use to support their investment sales and leasing projects as well as promoting opportunities locally, statewide and nationally with direct lead generation.
As part of this expansion Moody’s Analytics has hired Amber Carlsen, a Las Vegas resident and native to run the business sales operations in Nevada and Utah. Amber comes from a Commercial and Residential real estate background successfully managing new business development, acquisitions, sales, client relationships, and project management.
Prior to joining Moody’s Analytics CRE, Carlsen worked alongside local Land Acquisitionist and Investor Randy Black Jr., Principal of Land Baron Investments, an established commercial brokerage, asset management, and institutional fund management company established in Las Vegas. Holding a Business degree from Colorado State University – Pueblo, she is anxious to be a part of the Catylist team
