NAI Vegas Brokers $20 Million Hotel Sale
Las Vegas, NV (September 26, 2022) – NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of the former Fortune Hotel & Suites in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property sold for $20,000,000.
Anders Graciano, Vice President of Hospitality at NAI Vegas, represented the seller in the off-market transaction.
“With planned developments on the surrounding parcels, and with many uncertainties in the current market, seller decided to sell his property,” stated Graciano. “We were able to find a strong, qualified buyer from out-of-state, and structured a great deal for both parties.”
The former Fortune Hotel & Suites is located at 325 East Flamingo Road, less than a mile from the Las Vegas Strip and close to F1’s future Las Vegas race facilities. The 150-suite hotel was built in 1991 and sits on a 5.68 acres.

Anders Graciano is the Vice President of NAI Vegas Hospitality Investment Group. Anders Graciano has an extensive background in international business consulting and commercial real estate. Mr. Graciano was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark. After attending business school, he worked in sales for 8 years including 3 years as head of sales for a large German I.T. distribution company, which lead him to join the Danish branch of a US I.T. distribution company.
Anders then started his own consulting business advising international companies that intended to expand throughout Europe. In 2010, he visited Las Vegas for the first time and fell in love with the city; the rest is history. Anders saw great opportunities in taking his experience and entrepreneurial skills from across the Atlantic and applying it to the US where he started a consulting company.
