NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of the North Shore Inn at Lake Mead, an independently operated hotel located in Overton, Nevada. The property and business sold for $2,750,000.
The North Shore Inn at Lake Mead, located at 520 N Moapa Valley Blvd, was built in 1998. The hotel sits on a 3.07 acre lot and features 43 Rooms, an outdoor pool with Jacuzzi, meeting rooms, and a business center.
Gregg McArthur, Director of Hospitality of NAI Vegas, was exclusively retained to represent the owner in this transaction.
