NAIOP Southern Nevada presents an expert panel discussion of Southern Nevada’s commercial real estate market as part of its monthly member meeting. Industry experts will discuss implications of shared work space, how e-commerce is affecting retail occupancy and the health of office and mixed-use development during the recovery Las Vegas is experiencing.
The panel includes Adam Malan, Director-Retail at Logic Commercial Real Estate; Dan Palmeri, SIOR, Senior Director – Office at Cushman Wakefield and Jim Stuart, Partner – Developer at Matter Real Estate Group. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Executive Vice President – Industrial Division at Colliers International will moderate the panel.
