This is the final presentation in a series of programs delving into highlights from the “Developers Roundtable” discussion from NAIOP Southern Nevada’s January breakfast program. This month’s presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of how the industrial sector has led this development cycle, following up on March’s breakfast presentation that took a deep dive into the manufacturing segment of industrial development in Southern Nevada.
Since Prologis built the first speculative industrial building since the last recession ended until today, industrial development has led all commercial product types, has ushered in new development companies and capital and has changed the landscapes of several submarkets in Southern Nevada.
