NAIOP Southern Nevada presents “LAND: Why Our Future Depends On It” at its Feb. 18 virtual breakfast. Speakers include Michael Brown, executive director of the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development; Marci Henson, director of the Clark County Department of Environment and Sustainability; and Rosemary Vassiliadis, Clark County director of aviation. This is the first in a series of programs delving into the highlights from the “Developers Roundtable” discussion from NAIOP Southern Nevada’s January breakfast program. The Feb. 18 event will focus on the availability of land in Southern Nevada and the impact of a proposed “Lands Bill,” including what it means for jobs, for economic diversification and for the development industry.
