NAIOP Southern Nevada presents a panel discussion “So much going on…how to keep track: A market update” at its June breakfast meeting. NAIOP’s market update panel will include Bill Arent, City of Las Vegas Economic and Urban Development; Ken Chapa, Office of Economic Development & Tourism, City of Henderson and representing North Las Vegas deals, Garrett Toft from CBRE. The panel will be moderated by Donny Perach, Valtus Capital Group. This group of active development experts will discuss just how many projects are in the pipeline. These public and private professionals will share active projects that are in the que with secured financing and the under swelling pipeline of new developments.
