Panelists include Dan Doherty, SIOR, of Colliers International, and Ryan Martin, SIOR, CCIM, of MDL Group. They will discuss the local industrial and office markets and where things stand in the Las Vegas resort corridor, along with the cancellation or commencement of new projects, what real estate transactions are closing, and which ones may be gone for good. Owen Sherwood, of Fidelity National Commercial Services, will moderate.
