Kenneth and Theresa Houchin bought a 2-year-old 5,022-square-foot City Convenience store and Sinclair Gas Station, on 0.89 acres, at 3820 E. Craig Road in North Las Vegas for $2.7 million, or $538-per-square-foot, from Argyis Enterprises LLC. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist represented the seller; General Realty Group’s Eric Sallie represented the buyer. City Express signed a 20-year lease commencing in August of 2012.
