Matter Real Estate Group (Matter) and the Vegas Chamber will host “No More Hugs: How to Keep and Grow your Team’s Culture with Six Feet of Separation,” the fourth and final webinar in a free four-part “Going Back to Work” series from 11 a.m.-noon PDT on Thursday, May 28. Matter Real Estate Partner Jim Stuart will moderate the discussion with Alex Masters-Goessling, senior director of communications and employee enablement at Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) and Mark Tomaszewicz, chief experience officer at Bulldog Drummond, who will share critical insight as panelists.

Formerly, he was the chief people officer with luxury retailer, PIRCH®, and a director with Sharp HealthCare where he was focused on leadership and culture.

Masters-Goessling leads teams responsible for self-help player content; advisor process, quality, coaching, and training; internal communications; and employee experience for EA’s customer experience team, EA Help. She believes great experiences at work fuel great experiences for customers. She says her lifelong leadership goal is to lead and inspire people to do career defining work.
