This sale consisted of $3.1 million in cash to the seller and assumption of various city liens. The 11.33 acres of land is located at 840 & 920 W. Bonanza Road and 901 & 1001 McWilliams Ave in Las Vegas, Nevada.
This transaction closed on December 4th, 2020. Northcap Commercial represented the Seller, Resource Transition Consultants, LLC, on this sale.
