Panattoni Development Company bought the 29-year-old 103,120-square-foot Nevada Tower Distribution Center, on 5.37 acres, at 1841 Craig Road in North Las Vegas for $5.25 million, or $51-per-square-foot, from Tower Distribution Center LLC. Colliers International’s Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew represented the buyer; Albright Callister & Associates’ Doug Albright and Bryan Houser represented the seller.
