Panattoni Development Co. bought 21.45 acres of land at the northwest corner of Sunset Road and Jones Boulevard in Las Vegas for in the $7.18 million, or $334,732-per-acre, from Sunset & Jones Properties LLC. CBRE’s Greg Tassi and Donna Alderson represented the buyer. Panattoni is constructing two speculative industrial buildings, totaling 416,000 square feet, with an estimated completion date of late third quarter of 2015. CBRE’s Greg Tassi and Donna Alderson will be marketing the development upon completion.
