Charleston Blvd. in Las Vegas for $6.35 million, or $150-per-square-foot, from TME Red Rock Plaza, LLC. Sun Commercial’s Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jeff Berg, Mica Berg, Jessica Beall, and Roy Fritz represented the seller; The Equity Group’s Brendan Keating represented the buyer. The property was over 90% occupied at the time of sale.
