The Rummel Motel sale closed on April 10 for $1,710,000. Paul Bell of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – Nevada Properties represented the Seller, Chia-Hong Yeh, and Buyer, SS&D NEVADA PROPERTIES, LLC. Assisting as his translator was Murray Wang of the same agency. The motel, built in 1951, contained approximately 7,800 square feet with 22 rooms on an approximate 28,500 lot. Its new ownership will be redeveloping the property.
