GKT Acquisitions LLC bought 5 acres of vacant land at the northeast corner of Riley Street and Post Road in Las Vegas for $1 million, or $200,000-per-acre, 2010-1 CRE NV-Land LLC. Colliers International’s Robert Torres and Scott Gragson represented the buyer; Colliers International’s Michael Stuart represented the seller.
