LOGIC Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the execution of a ten-year lease for 24,610 square feet with Step Right Up at Prizm Outlets located in Primm, Nevada (formerly Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas).
Step Right Up is a family attraction facility to include 3D Trick Art, 3D projection mapping, Illusion mirror rooms, old-fashion carnie games, axe throwing and escape rooms.
Step Right Up is created and powered by the owners of HeadzUp Las Vegas, Nevada and was established in 2017. HeadzUP is a 24,610 sq.ft family attraction facility that features a 3D trick art museum, escape rooms, archery tag arena and axe throwing cages all under one roof.
This new addition to Prizm Outlets demonstrates the momentum shift as malls are changing direction to incorporate unique experiences for their shoppers.
Step Right Up powered by HeadzUP will be joining Prizm’s current tenants including Williams Sonoma, Calvin Klein, H&M and Nike, and anticipates a grand opening in December of 2019. Prizm Outlets is also the home to the world’s largest street art installation, Mural Oasis, which is slated for completion by Thanksgiving.
