Still some spots available for CALV’s May 13 spring mixer

LAS VEGAS – Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) can still accommodate at least 50 more guests at its annual spring networking mixer for local real estate professionals being held on May 13.

The mixer runs from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Las Vegas Country Club, at 3000 Joe W. Brown Drive. In compliance with public health regulations, attendance is currently limited to 125 guests, with more than 70 people already registered for the event.

Industry partners and sponsors include the local chapters of the Appraisal Institute (AI); Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA); CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member); CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women); IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management); NAIOP Southern Nevada; SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®); and BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).

Admission is $25 for members of CALV and Las Vegas REALTORS® (formerly GLVAR), as well as for members of the other commercial real estate organizations supporting the event. Admission is $35 for non-members. Contact CALV at (702) 784-5050 or visit www.calv.org to register or get more information.

CALV President Petra Latch, also a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), said CALV members “are eager to get back together in person for this popular networking event while still adhering to public health regulations.” The event will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Attendees will be required to comply with all current public health mandates in place on that date, including wearing masks.
