Upon successful completion of Sun Commercial Real Estate’s Internship program, Pierce Wasserkrug joins our firm as an Associate focusing on real estate sales/leasing and retail development.
Prior to joining Sun, Pierce worked in residential mortgage lending. This is where he gained a background in real estate finance which aids in his ability to help clients make financially sound decisions when choosing a budget or qualifying potential tenants.
Pierce received a degree in Business Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.
Pierce is an avid fisherman who enjoys most other water sports activities as well. He enjoys camping and sitting around campfires with good company. Family is very important to Pierce, along with being active in his local Church.
