The total value of the transaction was $19,250,000.00. Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Karim Chatoor, and Blaze Katz, of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc., represented the Seller, Blue Oval Properties, Inc.
The Sale of Land to Phuong Mai, comprised of 1 acre, located at 1751 E. Basin Ave., Pahrump, Nevada 89048. The total value of the transaction was $85,000.00. Pete Janemark, of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc., represented the Seller, Sahara Mohawk, LLC.
The Lease of an Office space to Cloud 9 Studio Salon, LLC 2, comprised of 1,326 square feet, located at 6600 W. Charleston Blvd Suite 110, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89146.
