The Lease Renewal with Sunrise Children’s Foundation was completed on February 18, 2020. The 20,394 square foot office space is located at 2795 E. Desert Inn Road, Suite 100 & 200, Las Vegas NV 89121. The total value of the transaction was $1,283,341.00. Pete Janemark, CCIM of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, 2625 GV, LLC.

The Sale of APN 177-30-504-006 was completed on April 30, 2020. The 1.25 acre parcel is located on Landberg Avenue West of S. Valley View Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89140. The total value of the transaction was $575,000.00.  Michael Brazill and Edward Bassford of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Seller, Ward’s Irrevocable Trust.

The Sale of an Office building was completed on April 13, 2020. The 2,301 square foot property is located at 3590 E. Patrick Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The total value of the transaction was $525,000.00.  Cathy Jones, CPA, SIOR, CCIM, Paul Miachika, and Michael Hsu of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Buyer, Revolution Engineering.

The Lease with Cousins NY Pizza, LLC was completed on February 28, 2020. The 1,700 square foot retail space is located at 9773 W. Flamingo Road, Suite 2, Las Vegas NV 89147. The total value of the transaction was $277,459.00. Paul Chaffee, CCIM, Wil Chaffee and Jason Park of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Sun City GZ, LLC.

The Lease Renewal with Patel Educational Services, Inc. was completed on March 19, 2020. The 2,350 square foot office space is located at 7881 W. Charleston Boulevard, Suite 175, Las Vegas NV 89117. The total value of the transaction was $164,075.00. Paul Chaffee, CCIM and Wil Chaffee of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, Howe Family, LP.

The Lease with Joe Bacala MD & Ga Geong Lee MD Medical Corp. was completed on February 12, 2020. The 1,654 square foot office space is located at 2851 N. Tenaya Way, Suite 201, Las Vegas NV 89128. The total value of the transaction was $136,295.58. Linda Gonzales and Adam Drake of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Tenant.

The Lease with Demand Components was completed on March 2, 2020. The 2,513 square foot office/warehouse space is located at 405 Max Court, Suite 201-211, Henderson NV 89011. The total value of the transaction was $84,437.00. Lisa Hauger and Timothy Erickson of Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. represented the Landlord, RSA Avanti Max LLC.
