Michael has been involved in over $500 million of transactions providing real estate services for national, regional and local companies. With over 18 years of commercial real estate experience in Las Vegas, Michael’s diverse skillset and expertise enhances the level of services we can deliver to our clients.
Prior to joining Sun Commercial, Michael was a Director at Newmark Knight Frank where he was responsible for agency leasing of over 1,000,000 square feet of both professional and on-campus medical office properties. His unique experience working with hospital systems for the on-campus MOBs provides a differentiating knowledge base very few brokers have in Las Vegas.
Mr. Hsu’s commercial real estate knowledge including expertise in Argus DCF, ProCalc and other financial modeling tools allows him to provide meaningful insightful and in-depth financial analysis for leasing and investment sales opportunities and develop effective lease-up strategies.
