Suncrest Commerce Center Signs $609,932 LeaseQuality Custom Distribution Services signed a 39-month $609,932 lease for 37,432 square feet of industrial space inside the 16-year-old Suncrest Commerce Center, on 7.29 acres, at 1051 Mary Crest Drive, Suites D, E and F, in Henderson. Cushman & Wakefield-Commerce’s Leo Biedermann represented the lessee; Colliers International’s Mike DeLew and Greg Pancirov represented the lessor, Rocklin LLC. The reported average rent equals 42 cents per square foot.
